Co-Founder / Principal

Tom Kadida

National leader in urban housing and mixed-use development. Oversees all strategic planning and growth at MUH. With 20+ years of experience, Tom has guided MUH from single-family flips to managing over $327 million in assets and $500 million under development.

Co-Founder / Chief Financial Officer

Kardan Chatmon

Brings 25+ years of financial leadership, serving as CFO and Controller for companies with hundreds of millions in revenue. Oversees accounting, financial forecasting, and reporting for MUH. Also an accomplished designer and entrepreneur with national recognition.

Head of Construction

Terefe Kadida

Mechanical engineer with expertise in construction design and management. Oversees all projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.

Senior Construction Manager

Mike Ibrahim

Experienced in managing land acquisition, rezoning, design, and delivery of projects valued at over $3 billion. Background includes multifamily housing, commercial, and hotel development. Holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
